Revolved Triangle Pose (Parivrtta Trikonasana)

From Triangle, come back up to standing, keeping the legs where they are.  Place the hands on the small of the back.  Turn the hips to face the front leg.  Slowly begin to hinge at the hips.  When ready, remove the left hand from the small of the back and place it on either the front ankle, a block or floor on the outside of the front right foot.  If able, raise the right arm overhead. BREATHE.
