From down dog, step the feet forward between the hands. Find Uttanasana, forward fold. Inhale, rise up to standing swooping the arms up by the sides. Exhale, hands to Samastiti. Turn and face the long side of the mat. Step the legs 3.5-4 feet apart. Bring the arms up to a T. Lift the ribs up off the waist and begin to move the torso to the right, hinging at the hip. Place the right hand to the floor near the right foot. Place the left hand on the small of the back and rotate the sternum up towards the sky. When ready, lift the left arm up, aligning the hand right over the mouth. Plug the shoulder blade to the back. Hold.
