Gomukasana Legs

Come to a seated position.  Bring the right leg under you, and the left leg on top of the right.  Attempt to stack the knees.  Sit tall in the spine and bring the hands to the sides.  If desired, fold forward keeping a flat back (more intense stretch).  To switch sides, keep the feet where they are, move to standing, and untwist… come down to seated and find yourself with the opposite leg on top.
