From the supported bridge pose remove the block.

Or start new as the following,

Come back to the mat and lie down on the back.  Bend the knees and plant the feet on the floor, close to the glutes.  Press the low back to the mat, tilting the tailbone up.  Begin to peel the spine off of the mat until you are in a full bridge.  Clasp the hands together under the body.  Bring the shoulderblades underneath you.  Come down slowly.
