RYT-200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher. Erica started practicing yoga daily to bring herself flexibility, strength and balance. Bring the heels close to the glutes, in line with the sit bones.  Bring the hands near the ears, palms on the mat.  Hug the elbows in.  Inhale.  Exhale and come to the top of the head.  Pause, Inhale (collect), Exhale move into full Urdhva Danurasana.  Hold and breathe.
