She enjoys doing yoga on the mat in the room, in nature and at the sea side. Erica brings yoga from the mat to everyday life and it helps her to be balanced, non judgmental and to learn new things. Camel Pose or Ustranasana

  • Come into kneeling position
  • Open the knees and feet hip-width apart
  • Hands on lower back and press the legs down (active and strong legs)
  • Tuck tail bone under; draw abs in
  • Lift the chest up as you arch up and back; eyes up
  • Shoulders down; face relax
  • Breathe evenly
